Fully Autonomous VMS
- Client Control: Clients create jobs and search for vendors independently.
- Vendor Matching: Clients invite matched vendors and review their candidate proposals.
- Role of Master Vendor: No elevated privileges; operates on the same level as other vendors.
Manual VMS
- Master Vendor Management: The master vendor oversees job postings and vendor interactions.
- Sub-Vendor Collaboration: Master vendor invites sub-vendors to propose candidates.
- Candidate Vetting: Master vendor reviews and vets candidates before presenting them to the client.
Participants
- Master Vendor: The primary agency (3B's client) managing the staffing process.
- Master Vendor Candidate: Candidates sourced directly by the master vendor.
- Client: The end client requiring staffing solutions.
- Sub-Vendor: Secondary agencies participating in the recruitment process.
