Interview Management and Control

Intro

3B Comes with an Interview Management module that is based on the Assessments module*(link to article). The module allows you to create guided screens to help interviewers through the process of leading and recording a Phone/Face2Face interviews.

Setting Up Interview Templates

You can create interview templates, or simply a set of questions that will form an interview by creating a new Question Set*(link to article). The created question set can then be assigned to a Step in a Recruitment Process *(link to recruitment process).

Launching an Interview

We have delivered a linear step-based component *(link to article) that can be embedded on the 3B Application and 3B Placement that will allow you to progress an application/placement through the different recruitment steps. When a question set is assigned to a particular recruitment step, progressing an application or placement to that step will allow OPS/system users to launch a new interview directly from the contextual record.

Candidate Scorecard

Once an interview is completed, a new candidate scorecard will be created and linked to the contextual Application or Placement. This scorecard will contain a list of the questions asked and the responses give. If the questions are scored*(link to assessments), then a total score will be assigned to the candidate’s scorecard. We can use the Candidate Scorecard record to create reports and sort candidates for a specific campaign/job based on the score they have received at the interview.

Two Step Verification

We provide a UI to allow OPS to confirm/score text responses to an interview by going to the candidate scorecard. Interviewer comments can also be created to better help us sort through the interviewed candidates.

Implementation

Since this workflow is dependent on the assessments module, we would recommend that whatever UI is used for collecting external responses to an assessments is also used for the interview management module. Get in touch with our support team to help you plan a successful rollout.
