Shortlisting Candidates

Intro

Shortlists allow you to group one or multiple contacts by a shortlisting context. So, for an example, you can create shortlists that:

  • Identify candidates that you want to reach out to via email, sms or phone call
  • Identify candidates that you need to onboard
  • Identify candidates that you want to invite to a session
  • Identify candidates that have selected for progression to a next step of the onboarding process

Object Model

Shortlist To create a group
Shortlist Link To link a contact to a group

Search and Match

Our default search and match component is available in the context of a Shortlist in order to allow you to search and find candidates that you want to add to a shortlist.

Invitations Manager

You can use the Invitations Manager*(link to sessions article)  in order to view and manage invitations for candidates with a link to the contextual shortlist.

Document Packs Assignment

You can use the Document Assignment *(link to article) button to assign one or multiple document packs to the shortlisted candidates.

Creating a new Shortlist

You can create a shortlist by going to the App Launcher -> Shortlist tab. This tab will show you all previously created shortlists and will allow you to create a new one.

Extending Functionality

Developers can enable mass email, mass SMS and mass Push and other bulk actions directly from the Shortlist. If you need help with adding a bulk action to a shortlist, feel free to reach out to our support team.
