Enabling Recaptcha v3 for Forms

To enable Recaptcha V3 for 3B Forms, the Google Site Admin will need to

Recaptcha Site Onboarding
  1. Go to Google Admin Console and (https://www.google.com/u/1/recaptcha/admin/create as of June 2026, check specific instruction/url at time of onboarding) and start the new Site onboarding procedure. Note that you will need admin rights for this operation.
  2. Create a new Site, and whitelist the salesforce public site(s) where 3B Forms will be surfaced from. This is a critical setup item, as Recaptcha v3 is scoped only to the list of allowed sites.
  3. Google Admin will provide you with a Captcha Secret Key and Captcha Site Key. Populate the relevant fields in Forms Global Settings.
