To create multiple portals & mobile apps, simply clone the b3o__P.page and edit the properties in the <head> tag. These meta-tags define web app icon, name, description and other details. Do not change any other part of the page. So, you can have Candidates.page and Clients.page – two completely separate portals, each having a unique icon, title, and app name.
Use https://www.pwabuilder.com/ to build the project manifest json and store it in a static resource. Replace the manifest.json in the newly build visualforce page.
