Fixes

• Fixed an issue, where form complete navigation would treat URLs as relative instead of absolute. With this change, if your target URL starts with "https://" or "http://", then we will treat it as an absolute URL and thus re-direct to that page, outside of salesforce. If however the navigate to URL does not start with the connection protocol, we will assume a relative redirection, i.e. appending the requested resource after the url origin.
