Changes

Previously, we would save Time Inputs offset by the running user's timezone. So if the Authorization User is in London timezone (GMT+2), and a form was submitted with the time "10:00", it would be offset by 2 hours from UTC to 12:00 (pm). This behaviour requires that the Authorization User is always set to GMT 0 timezone. With this update, we are changing this behaviour to ignore the Authorization user's timezone and always save times entered in UTC, so if a form is submitted with the time 10:00, regardless of what the Authrorization user's timezone assignment is, we will always save it as 10:00 in salesforce
