3B Onboarding version 9.x changelog
Version 9.0
Requested Documents - This feature allows us to identify what documents are assigned to a person to complete.
This feature introduces the following new fields on the Document Assignment object:
- All Documents Completed - Boolean - Checked if all documents requested have been submitted and market as "Approved"
- All Documents Submitted - Boolean - Checked if all documents requested have been submitted
- Outstanding Documents - Number - Shows a count of documents that the person needs to complete
- Completed Documents - Number - Count of documents the person has submitted and have been marked as "Approved"
- Submitted Documents - Number - Count of documents the person has submitted
- Requested Documents - Number - Count of documents the person needs to complete
In addition, a new object is created called "Requested Documents" - it links a Document Assignment to a Document (from a Document Pack) and a Document Submission.
Lastly, the update provides a new Flow Incovable Method called 3B Recalculate Requested Documents which you can use to manually and declaratively request a re-calculation of the required documents for a given Document Assignment. This could be something admins implement if for example Document Pack conditionals rely on third party objects' status. As an example, if you have a rule to show/hide a document if say a Certificate "Forklift License" exists, you might need to re-calculate the rules if said certificate is expired/deleted to ensure that the tracking numbers and Requested Documents are all up to date.
Important Note:
- We will only calculate the Requested Documents on a Document Assignment, Document Submission and manual invocation.
Post Install and Backfill: Review the article for the Requested Documents to see how to back fill past document assessments.
