Fixes

• DEV-219 - improved system record lookup fields (used in user documents assign, document pack assignment and more), by removing a custom implementation and replacing it with a native implementation
• DEV-451 - we will ensure assessment records are created before submission
• DEV-454 - there were some UI issues with compliance rules

Changes

• DEV-533 - session invitations now show as am/pm instead of a/p
• DEV-571 - changed the behaviour when creating document submissions
