Shortlisting Candidates

Shortlists allow you to group one or multiple contacts by a shortlisting context. So, for an example, you can create shortlists that:
- Identify candidates that you want to reach out to via email, sms or phone call
- Identify candidates that you need to onboard
- Identify candidates that you want to invite to a session
- Identify candidates that have selected for progression to a next step of the onboarding process
