The 3B Assessments module, tailor-made for the recruitment and staffing industry, allows for the creation, distribution, and evaluation of assessment quizzes.
1. Creating an Assessment
- Navigate to the App Launcher and input "Question Sets" in the search bar.
- Choose "Create a new Question Set".
- Set a "Passing Score" for the assessment which helps to ascertain if a candidate has passed or failed.
- To enter the assessment builder interface, click on the "Build" tab within the record detail.
2. Assessment Settings
Click on the "settings icon", then move to the Timer/Quiz section:
- Time limit for the assessment (in seconds): Optionally set a time limit. If set, the assessment will auto-submit when the timer runs out.
- Time limit per page (in seconds): Optionally set a page-wise time limit.
- Timer Location: Choose its display position - Hidden, Top, or Bottom.
- Timer Mode: Determine the timer's application - Both (whole assessment and per page), Page, or Assessment.
3. Adding Questions
On the left panel, various question types are available:
