Improvements

  • Optimized and faster loading for documents, templates and redlining requests

Changes

  • Updated the app to utilize the new authorization mechanism
  • Removed beige background, auto added on some PDFs
  • Fixed confetti on PDF download
  • 3B Sign: Added dynamic output size - depending on the box drawn, we will ensure that the contents (text) will be scaled appropriately to fit within the box by changing the font size
  • 3B Docs: Added the ability to set embedded links open behaviour (target)
  • 3B Redlining: Fixed an issue where the system could incorrectly identify active users
  • 3B Sign: Fixed an issue introduced in version 5.0 where a new document would not allow adding fields inside the builder
  • Deprecated the old Custom Settings API credentials

New

  • 3B Sign: Added the ability to create interactive fields on directly on the PDF document. This feature brings Sign and Docs closer in line, where this feature has been available since version 4.23. Through settings, users can now enable/disable form control and solely rely on the embedded fields in the document, instead of using the submission form. Only the Signature fields will be displayed in the submission form.
  • 3B Sign: Added settings and labels to the builder. You can now labelize every element of the Sign application
    • Added "Do Not Use Submission Form" - will allow Sign documents to rely on embedded fields
    • Added "Hide Reject Button" - Will hide the "Reject" button in the submission form
    • Added "Stop Fields Jumping" - Will remove the jumping fields animation for context fields
    • Added "Stop Field Scroll Into View" - Will not auto-scroll the page to the context field
    • Added "Disable Confetti" - Disables confetti on successful completion
    • Added "Allow Flowback Support" - this replaces the checkbox on the Sign Document record. Will update the base record with the field values.

Breaking Changes

  • Allow Floback Support is now looking at the settings in the builder instead of the Document record's checkbox field. Ensure to update any documents that have already been configured with flowback support.
  • This version introduces the new authorization mechanism. Set it up in advance to installing the app.
  • This version uses a new mechanism for communication. Please be on high alert for any issues with document rendering/loading.
