Intro

The 3B Marketplace is a one-stop-shop to download forms and documents and install them in a customer's environment.

Use Cases

There are a few use cases for the 3B Marketplace:

  • Shorter implementation lifecycle
  • Government and Legal forms

Easier Implementation

Due to the fact that we can publish forms and documents, we are slowly going to build up a library, that will eventually lead to a shorter implementation cycle. Simply install a document and edit it to match the client branding or requirements

Government and Tax Forms

3B is preparing to establish a team of compliance experts that will publish and maintain US, UK and Australia government and tax forms. This is due to be rolled out in Q3 2024 and will be an additional licensed feature.

Important

Since 3B can't deploy fields and objects through the marketplace, some documents may require additional post-installation configuration

Admin (Internal)

Management Panel

The admin panel is accessed through /marketplace/public/index.html. You need valid credentials to open and manage this page.

When creating a new template, you'd need to upload a record JSON file and (where required) a form, document or sign .3bt file.

Record JSON

The record JSON defines the fields of the record that will be created. These are static and cannot be conditional. This must be a valid JSON file.

Record File

The record file is any supporting file that is required for the application to operate correctly. Templates, Sign and Forms all generate a .3bt file that needs to be uploaded in this field.

Admins can update and delete templates as necessary.
