3B Sign & Merge is delivered as part of version XXX. Please read the changelog for more information.

Site Setup

After installing 3B Docs version XXX, you need to add the visualforce pages Submit.page and Document.page to the Salesforce Site with public access that you have created for 3B Docs. This will allow the system to create documents accessible to non-salesforce users

Custom Settings

Navigate to Setup -> General Settings (3B Docs) and click on Manage. Make sure that the following fields are completed:

- PDF Service - should be "https://www.3bapi.com/v1/html-to-pdf"

- 3B Sign Generates PDFs - should be checked

- API Username, Password and Token

Important

If coming from a version 4.1 or above, please make sure to disable the following flows in the org:
